College Counseling
Finding the Right School for Every Student
Our College Counseling Office recognizes us for who we are: girls with goals.
With the support of trusted, expert counselors, we set our sights on colleges that call to our intellectual strengths, careers that emphasize our talents, and a world brightened by our passion.
I absolutely have loved the college search process with Mrs. Moan. She is extremely supportive and more than willing to help any student with any questions. She is a very special person in Foxcroft’s college search process, ensuring all students end up in the best possible place for the next four years.

Four-Year Process
The Office of College Counseling is here to help guide you through the college admission process. Applying to college — and making that final decision — ultimately is in your hands. We offer college counseling programming all four years:
- FRESHMAN YEAR | Establish a strong foundation.
- SOPHOMORE YEAR | Study hard, engage, explore special skills and interests.
- JUNIOR YEAR | Advance your academic experiences and start your college search.
- SENIOR YEAR | Execute your college application strategy.

For Parents & Guardians
It is natural for parents to feel almost as much anxiety as their daughters during the college selection process. While we believe strongly that a student must assume ownership over her college selection process, we also believe parents play a vital role in the process. These are the key areas in which parents participate:
- Advice and Encouragement
- College Visits
- Financial Aid (if applicable)
- Communication with the College Counseling Office
Our goal is for your daughter’s college search to be a team effort. We want to work closely with both your daughter and you.
